Rental Periods

Day Rental: (24 hours) 10 machine operating hours

Weekend Rental: (3 Days) Friday thru Monday. 20 machine operating hours

Week Rental: (7 days) 50 machine operating hours

Month Rental: (30 days) 200 machine operating hours

Finally, you can checkout. This will assure your equipment is reserved. You can then consult with one of our members regarding delivery quotes!

Frequently asked questions


  • For website reservations:

    -Choose the machine for your job

    -Pick your dates

    -Decide between pickup or delivery

    -Review and sign our digital rental agreement which will be sent through Docusign to your email

    -Choose your payment method

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and ACH bank transfer for payment. If electing to pay with cash, we require a credit card for incidentals. All card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee. Payments will be accepted over the phone or at the time of delivery/pickup.

  •  In the event a project requires more time, we ask that our customers reach out to us as soon as possible. Rental extensions will be assessed at the time of request. 

  • ProWorks Equipment Rental partners with our sister company OnePro LLC, to provide field service in the event of equipment breakdown. Regardless of the issue, we have systems in place to keep our customers running!

  • We understand that accidents can happen. We evaluate each incident individually and will work with our customers to reach the best possible solution.

  • Our equipment will be delivered or picked up clean with a full tank of fuel. Upon return the same condition is expected. If you are unable to return equipment clean or full of fuel additional charges will apply. Equipment is evaluated upon return to determine if any additional cleaning or fuel charges apply.

  • Cancellation or change in rental period will need to be discussed with a member of ProWorks. We ask that our customers reach out as soon as they are aware of a change in their schedule.
